Division Philosophy

Ms Bikini Model places a strong emphasis on shape quality, muscular balance, and aesthetic proportion, particularly through the shoulder-to-waist taper and S-shaped silhouette. Development across all major muscle groups is required, with specific attention given to muscles that enhance frame structure and overall flow.

Muscular Development Standards

Muscular development in this division must be intentionally developed, not maximised. Muscle groups should appear full, rounded, and well-shaped — balloon-like in appearance rather than hard or “steak-like.”

The objective is visible quality of development that enhances silhouette, not muscular density or sharpness. In some areas, restraint in development may be necessary to preserve balance and line flow.

Overall muscular balance is critical. No single muscle group should overpower another, and the physique should demonstrate continuous, uninterrupted line flow from upper to lower body.

Conditioning Standards

Conditioning standards require a clear demonstration that shape and structure are derived from muscular development, with emphasis placed on the quality of muscularity rather than visible muscular detail.

Glutes & Hamstrings

The glute–ham tie-in should be clearly visible, showing shape and contour without hardness.
Shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, and obliques should display clear outline and connection between muscle groups without intramuscular separation.

Legs

Faint vertical contour through the legs is permissible; however, vertical lines indicating separation between hamstring heads or quadricep muscle groups are not permitted.

Midsection

The midsection should ideally present vertical abdominal lines only. Horizontal abdominal detail, oblique striations, vascularity, or etched conditioning is not preferred.

Arms & Shoulders

Arms and shoulders must not show intramuscular separation, striations, or visible bicep or tricep splits.

Overall Presentation

Ms Bikini Model represents a physique that is polished and intentionally developed, where muscularity enhances shape, proportion, and flow without dominating.
