Entry-level men’s division with an athletic, lean look, visible abs and balanced upper/lower body. Less extreme than Physique or Bodybuilding.

Physique
Focused on upper-body aesthetics: broad shoulders, small waist, strong V-taper, visible abs. Leg development not judged to the same degree as in Bodybuilding.

Classic Physique
Inspired by the Golden Era: symmetry, proportion & classic lines over sheer size. Conditioning similar to Bodybuilding but with less overall mass.

The most extreme of all the men’s categories: maximum muscularity and definition, with every muscle group clearly separated and conditioned.
